Great experience and people. Was in town from out of state and my truck threw and engine code, helped out and gave me lots of information, simple fix and got me back on the road. Also, fixed a flat trailer tire while I was there. Always nice to have these places in areas you’re visiting. Highly recommend. Locals are lucky.

I just moved to Utah just over a month ago from Texas and brought my 73 Cuda, I’ve had it built in one shop and many more repairs to fix the first shops screw ups. Everything under the hood is new but those shops were just stealing money for bad work. I was scared to put in a shop here in Utah being new, but took my chances on Tech 1 and outcome was amazing. I dropped it off to have battery power draw and gas gauge being stuck looked at an well Tracis gave me a call next day to let me know other issues he found that I was aware of but the other shops never found. he’d found all their mistakes and fixed them kept in touch and updated and after 2 years of shops in Texas my muscle car is finally running correctly, so glad I brought my car and Travis was there to look it over and it didn’t cost arm and leg like I paid in Texas very happy with the cost. Will be my go to shop!

Excellent service. Everyone there knows what they are doing. You need a repair you NEED to call them. We were on an RV trip and our towed car needed repairs. Our car was diagnosed one day and repaired the next. So appreciative that they could fit us in to get us on the road.

Very happy with the customer service and car care received from Tech 1. I was hundreds of miles from home when my car started to have an issue that I didn’t want to ignore. From my initial phone call, Tech 1 was very professional, respectful, and friendly and I felt safe leaving my car in their care. They went above and beyond accommodating my complicated needs (car camping, needed an overnight fix, was out of cell service during the repairs, after hours drop off/pickup) and they were fair in their pricing and assessment. I am so very glad I stopped here!

Took my Dodge Ram into Tech 1 Car Care for an oil change and fuel filter change and had a great experience. Pricing was perfect, everyone there was super friendly, and I was in and out quickly. What I appreciated most was that they didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary like a lot of places do. I also had a great conversation with the owner while I was there. You can tell these guys are honest locals who genuinely care about their customers. Definitely recommend supporting Tech 1 Car Care if you need work done on your vehicle.

Three days before driving crosscountry, our car would not run. Kadence and Travis fit us into their schedule, diagnosed the problem, found the parts needed, and fixed it in time (on a Saturday morning) for us to leave on time. I’ve been dealing with auto service shops for over 50 years and have rarely found one as exceptional as Tech 1.

Update - had car issue again while visiting - they got me in quick and finished it up on a Saturday! I was treated fairly and not bent over since I was from out of town. A breath of fresh air. A repair shop that is honest I was even an out-of-town person and they still treated me fairly.

If I could give more stars I would! I am SO grateful for the service Tech 1 car care gave us! I was stranded at 3am with my three little babies when my alternator went out! I towed it to them hoping that I would be able to call when they opened and get it fixed! Not only did they have it fixed by 12:30 but they literally dropped my car off to me at the hotel we stayed at! They went above and beyond to take care of us! I am forever grateful for their speed, and care!

I can't say enough good things about our experience here! We came to them, incredibly frustrated, with a remanufactured engine that failed with only 1500 miles on it after having had it installed in Oklahoma. They worked quickly with the warranty company to diagnose the issue and within a week, a replacement engine was on it's way. They kept me updated through the entire process and did all they could to help alleviate my anxiety. After installing the replacement engine and doing their test drives, the engine started throwing codes. It had arrived with a bad cam, but they again worked quickly with the warranty company to address the issue and within a day, I had my Jeep again, running like new. We love supporting a local, family owned business and won't go anywhere else for service on our fleet of vehicles going forward. We're so glad to have found Travis, Cadence, and their team.

Ken was a godsend. Our car broke down in Utah and our engine seized on thanksgiving day. We were nervous we were gonna get stranded in Utah for a while. He came in on a day off since no one else was open to look at it. The engine was done, but he also helped us coordinate with our mechanic at home as he saw it was likely due to the oil change we got a few days prior. He really helped us through the whole process and turned a disaster into a a manageable situation. Would highly recommend

Ken and the Tech 1 team are really wonderful. On thanksgiving day, my car died because all the oil spilled out of it near Toquerville. Thankfully we were able to tow the car to the airbnb we had a few miles away. The next morning, Ken picked up the phone. No other shop picked up their phone or returned my call untill after the holiday weekend. Ken told me to tow my car to his shop and that he'd come in on a holiday day off - saturday - to help me figure out my next move. He worked with me in a way that was about as perfect as one could expect in my situation. On Saturday he diagnosed my engine as finished. It was cooked. On Monday, he worked with me to figure out a best way to get a new motor. When I explained that I had done an oil change two days prior, he helped me contact that shop and get them to admit fault. My car has now been shipped to LA and im getting a new engine without a single cost to me. He didn't have to do that. Its rare that you can build trust in a stranger so quickly, but Ken and Tech 1 are truly trustworthy. I bet if I had service done, it would have been done very well. If you are in the St George Hurricane area and need repair, this is the spot. Fortunately our trip to the Zion area for the holiday weekend wasn't ruined. We rented a car in nearby St George. Two of the Uber drivers we used to get to and from the car rental place said they used Tech 1 for their cars too. Because of the degree of professionalism we saw from the Tech 1 we were able to truly enjoy our trip still. I dont mean that lightly at all. This is a great shop.

Returned about a month later for additional work on my wife’s car. Same as before. Great service and very fair price for what we had done. Same great customer service and same quality of work.

Had a small issue that we didn't think was a real problem but wanted to have an expert validate. Popped in and Ken immediately took a look under the vehicle, diagnosed our issue (as well as two other minor ones we were aware of) and told us we could monitor but didn't need to work on anytime soon. Spent a few more minutes chatting about the situation and then sent us on our way free of charge but in great spirits. Can't recommend them enough. A mechanic giving you their expert opinion and not charging is a rarity. Cheers guys!

Luckily I had cell service and looked around for nearby shops, saw the good reviews, and that he was open on a Saturday with no wait. Was able to make it to Ken's shop on my spare and he fixed it up right away so we could make our long trip back to Colorado the same day. So grateful for his service and making sure our trip didn't get ruined.

My son’s Subaru Forrester broke down moving to AZ from Provo. Got it towed to Tech 1 and while it was a stressful and difficult situation, the communication and professionalism from Ken got us through it. Everyone I dealt with at Tech-1 was knowledgeable, kind and patient dealing w me long distance and diff time zones doing major repairs. We had to do everything over the phone and Ken was thorough and fair. If your local these should be your team. If you end up there like we did - consider yourself lucky.

I was traveling through hurricane Utah and found out that my brakes went bad on my truck. I googled brake repair and saw that this business actually could take care of what I needed done. After calling the gentleman on the phone and told him my dilemma that I needed something done right away he reacted and said I will order the parts. They will be here soon so come over and I will get it done for you so you can keep traveling. Upon arrival he greeted me and said I have the parts already within and had my truck back to me in the next half hour or so with a new set of brakes that were just amazing. The experience was great and I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs something repaired and done the right way.. Ken was great. This was the best experience I’ve had with any shop in the 65 years I’ve been alive.

This place was great!!! I broke down 24 miles from Hurricane Utah while on a trip from NC. My rear differential drain plug fell out and ruined my rear diff. I called Tech 1 (on a Saturday) and they wait an hour after they closed to get me in. He found a cap that fit and filled the fluid right on the spot, but sadly the diff still sounded terrible!!! Ken was super nice and professional and helped me source a new diff and even helped getting the previous shop to take care of the cost (they never tightened the drain plug completely). It took 2 business days to get the part and install it. So far, so good 1000 miles later. This is probably the best service I remember getting anywhere ever!!! Great guys!!!

After being in a car accident with my other car (because one vehicle problem clearly wasn’t enough), our only family car decided it was time for a mechanical meltdown. When your one and only ride goes down, your stress level does the opposite, right through the roof. I’ve been using Tech-1 for a couple of years now, and they have never let me down. This time, Travis and the team once again delivered. Not only did Travis make sure our car was in good hands, but he also worked with the CarMax warranty, sparing me from hours of playing phone tag and deciphering fine print. He got the parts quickly, handled everything like a pro, and had us back on the road before life could fall further off the rails. Thanks to Travis and Tech-1, I can now stress about other things like making sure the kids get to where they need to go instead of worrying about how we’d even get there. Highly recommend these guys. Great service, great people, and they know how to make your day a little easier when life decides to throw a wrench at you.

Replaced my Prius hybrid battery for a very reasonable price compared to the dealership. No other mechanic in the area was willing to do it, so I came down from Cedar City. Work was done in a very efficient amount of time. Ken is super nice and you feel absolutely confident leaving your car with him. He really knows what he’s doing. Very quiet, clean, and comfortable waiting area. I have an older Prius that I periodically add oil to. When I brought it in, I had forgotten a mishap where the cap was not tightened and oil spilled out all over the engine, etc. Ken cleaned that all off for me without my even asking. This place is definitely worth the drive down from Cedar City for me!

My car’s A/C went out during the hottest part of the summer and these guys got the job done fast! As soon as I took it in to them, they had my car finished in hours. They were very very fair on their pricing, and compared to other auto shops, they were more than half the price. They let me know my car had a bad wire connect to the temperature sensor, and they knew exactly how to get it done quickly. I can’t thank Travis and his team enough. When you cruise your vehicle around and it’s 115°F outside, you really appreciate guys like this to have your back. I will be recommending all my friends and family to this shop. Thanks guys!

Had a brake problem while travelling 2500 miles away from home. They took me in right away. After significant diagnosis, master cylinder was bad. Had to order part from Los Vegas, but got there next day. They let me borrow their company pickup so we didn't miss any of our family vacation time. These guys went above and beyond and did thorough quality work at a good price. I cannot speak highly enough of them. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

We were having intermittent charging system issues (A/C and engine shutting off!!) in 103* heat on a road trip from La Verkin to our home in Saratoga Springs with our 3 grandkids in tow. Out of 6 repair shops contacted, ONLY one was even willing to take a look, the rest blew us off. Ken @ Tech-1 said they could take a look and at least let us know what the problem was. They helped me many times, they were very good at diagnosing the problem with my Honda civic and my Volvo c70. The cost of the needed repairs were incredibly reasonable. They diagnosed a malfunctioning transmission on my Honda and worked well with my warranty company. They put a new CVT Transmission in and now it pulls like new. The Volvo needed new brakes, had a coolant leak and the turbo was leaking oil, they fixed it all, quickly and professionally. The entire shop crew are a stellar group of mechanics. They run a super clean shop and I highly recommend you take your car or truck to them if it need service. This review is written for crystal by Christop.

Honestly one of the best shops i’ve ever used and would and still will recommend to anyone that has any issues with their cars when in Southern Utah. Recently had to replace my engine and went with Tech 1. The shop worked with me for my several month long battle with my warranty company and dealership. Ken, best service advisor and dude to work with. And the badass lady and team that did the engine replacement y’all are the best. Even with issues after the engine replacement was done, which who knows how or why it happened, they told me to come right back and they fixed it with next day. The only issue with this place is they’re constantly booked out - which should tell anyone reading this review everything they need to know. Use this shop and their team. They are fast, meticulously, they communicate perfectly, and willing to go the extra mile for their customers.

I took my 2020 Ram in to Tech1 to get it repaired. Other than the dealership they were the only ones that could do the repair. (E torque motor needed replaced)Ken, I believe was his name, was super friendly and helpful. The part that was needed to repair my truck was on back order and wouldn’t be available for months. Ken went out of his way to source the part through other avenues and was able to fix my truck in weeks rather than months. He kept me up to date every step of the way and kept me informed of what was going on. I rarely leave reviews but I was happy enough with the service I got that I felt compelled to do so. Tech 1 is now my go-to spot for any car repairs. I originally came in because I had a coolant leak, and Ken noticed from the Carfax that my timing belt hadn’t been done yet, so he recommended getting that taken care of. At first, he didn’t think the water pump was the problem but said he’d let me know what he found once he got into it. Sure enough, once he started working, he discovered the pump was actually leaking. I really appreciated how he double-checked everything and kept me updated the whole time. Plus, he steam-cleaned the entire engine bay, and now my engine looks like it’s brand new. Ken was super honest, thorough, and overall extremely professional. I will be recommending Tech 1 to my family and will only be coming here from now on.

My daughter is a quadriplegic and has an accessible Van and we have followed Travis and his crew around for 10 years because he has been able to do specific work related to keeping the van running for my daughter. He is always kind, he cares, and does the work on time and his prices are always fair! He is a bit of a MacGyver cause he can figure out how to keep things working on her accessible van. You can’t go wrong having him do your auto maintenance and many different kinds of auto care! Car Tech 1’s office manager, Ken just helped us troubleshoot on the wheelchair lockdown system He worked on it and helped us discover that there was one more part we needed to be able to get it to work correctly. They are so helpful and always so cheerful and optimistic about solving the van problems. Thanks again you guys are the best!!👍👍

Look, for a mechanic shop that said they were really busy, they handled my shit in less than a week, diagnostic and part replacement both. When they got my vehicle in, Ken listened to my input without any sort of judgment even though at least to me it's pretty obvious that I am not a car guy, The text message approval system that they use is beyond awesome and they even got it handled for almost $100 less than the estimates on price that they sent me and that I approved. Tech one was recommended to me by a coworker, and I'm going to be recommending tech one myself to as many people as mention to me that they need vehicle work.

Ken even took time to sit down with me and chat and get to know me as a human being. They haven’t even done the work yet, and I couldn’t recommend them higher. These guys are the Real Deal! I was down in Sandhollow during the annual Winter Jamboree, I went to beat the crowd and decided to hit Rattle Snake with some friends. When I got to the trail my Jeeps Radiator sprung a leak between the plastic and aluminum janky seams, Jeep thought was a good Idea. I went big and got home with their recommended Cold Case! This was a long way to go for an upgrade but now I may be able to tow a taco truck around and not fear losing my juice. I don't usually recognize businesses until a year of no leaks in this case. But this was truly exceptional since they got me taken care within 12 hours even under pressure of a months long backlog they had. Anyhow, I will be visiting them again, since I own a Jeep o!!!!!o Thanks 1,000,000 Tech 1 Here is the reason I don't usually give a review until a year of proof the fix or service was good. In this case the radiator had known problems from the Cold Case brand. I guess the engineering team of Cold case had to revist this as the hot aluminum doesn't like the hum of a jeep tire. The shop stepped up and refunded me the difference of the OEM radiator ~$250, but I trusted they had knowledge of what is a good product. I was traveling through the area in my Class B RV and I needed help with my onboard propane tank positioning. I was warmly greeted by Ken when I got here. He got down on the ground and looked at the tank and the available options. He was busy that day but said he would be available at 7:30 a.m. thr next day. I met him here then and he had come up with the simplest, least expensive solution that had never occurred to me or other car service people. I'm an older woman traveling alone and was so grateful for the kindness and generosity of spirit that I received here. I highly recommend stopping here if you are ever in the area and ever have a need. I'm grateful for so much goodness.

I will never take my vehicles anywhere else. These guys do real quality work. Ken’s customer service is unparalleled. I’ve been to other local shops where they don’t give a damn about you. That is not the case at Tech 1. I’ve been driving my car for a few months after some major repairs. No check engine lights or any problems at all. They actually fixed everything and more. If you’re like me and having a hard time trusting mechanics, take your vehicle to Ken. Tech 1 will take excellent care of you.

Did awesome work on my F450 work truck. They rebuilt the entire front suspension,fixed a ton of misc coolant issues and a ton of brake issues in a timely manner and this was also the best quality work I've seen at any mechanics shop in many years. I was hesitant at first with finding a shop since I am pretty new to the area. I was absolutely amazed with how quick the job was done and the honesty from this business. I wish I lived closer. This is the repair shop I remember from my hometown. I am traveling and will only be in town for a few days. His next appointment was 5 days out. He asked me to come in right away so he could take a look. It turns out I only needed to adjust my brakes on my trailer. I was going to have all my truck and trailer brakes replaced. Instead I just adjusted them. His shop was clean. This was all on a Saturday morning.

I was there over the 4th of July holiday weekend from Los Angeles. Saturday morning my car was over heating and found what seemed to be the only local shop open on Saturday. I assumed they were going to take advantage I am from out of town (had to leave Sunday to be back at work Monday), only shop open and a woman. Let me tell you, it was the COMPLETE OPPOSITE!!!! Ken was so honest and helped me immediately. My sepertine belt had come off due to a dead mouse he found in the engine compartment. I was out of there in 45 minutes and was only charged the the initial estimate fee. Ken also asked me to come back immediately if my car continued to overheat so they could finish the job. This to me showed the intergrity of the shop. I made it back home to Cali with no issues. Just wanted to say THANK YOU AND I AM TRULY GREATFUL I CAME ACROSS YOUR SHOP.

Had some suspension and transmission issues on my 2015 f150. I’d go up black ridge with out a load and my transmission would burn up. Not to mention the bumps were throwing me all over the road. They have a sweet approval process and they showed pictures of everything they found through a link they text ya. They got it fixed pretty darn quick even with some extra problems they found. First thing I did was drive up black ridge. Let me tell ya, night and day difference! These guys are my new go to!

Absolutely BEST experience I have ever had with a vehicle repair! These guys are professional, courtesy and very well versed in their trade. Had to take it at around 3:30 for an issue with my power steering, by 4:00 I had an estimate. The next day by 11:30 I got a message saying they were done, less than a 24 hr turnaround. Highly recommend these guys, wish there was a way to give them a higher rating.

My wife and I were on a road trip and our A/C went out on us on a 100 degree+ day. It was a Saturday and the shop normally closed at 2:00pm but when we called Ken he told us to come in and he would stay late to get us taken care of. There was another couple on a road trip there who were having problems with their truck and Ken got them all fixed up as well. 100% would recommend this shop and Ken . Amazing work,fair prices and his techs are fast and efficient. We would take our vehicle there for everything if we lived closer. ❤

Tech 1 Car Care took great care of my Wrangler after others couldn't. I had my 2013 JKUR towed after the garage down the street said they were a week and a half out. After I spoke with Ken (Tech 1 Car Care) and Jasper Engines. Ken fit me right in. I had a great experience with Tech 1. I'm definitely going back if I have issues in the future.

I went to Tech 1 based on Google reviews and I was not disappointed. My Nissan's A/C went out and Ken/staff got me in really quickly to check out the problem. Within about 30 mins they had already accurately diagnosed a bad compressor seal. They didn't even charge me for the diagnosis which was incredible. The following week they got me in, replaced the shrader valves, changed out the high-side seals, and charged the system in the span of about one hour. The system has been working great ever since. These guys are absolute pros and I will be using them again for any work I can't handle myself.

Our radiator busted on the highway, leaving coolant everywhere..on a Saturday, thankfully Ken was staying late that day so we ended up getting the truck towed to tech 1. First let me say, Ken's attitude was great, his work held up very well, he gave us a 2 year nationwide warranty. On top of the radiator splitting, he found a few smaller problems that he informed us of, so he and his team were able to get all the parts and do all the work in just a couple hours, we were back on road safe and protected!! If we lived in the area we would definitely be bringing the truck here for everything!!

I was in a bind. I was on a cross country road trip and the alternator of my car stopped working. Adding to that, there was no real service station for quite a way. I searched for an honest, well reviewed repair shop that I thought I could get to. I found Tech-1 and a number of the reviews were by people in similar situations - on the road, passing through, needing help to continue their trip. I called and was told I could get the work done that day so I drove the hour and a half and was pleased that the removal and installation went smoothly. I was back on the road after a short pit stop, confident I could make the rest of the trip without further incident. That's exactly what happened. Thanks Tech-1 for helping me out.

Ken at Tech 1 saved me and my partner. We were on a big road trip from Canada and our (foreign) car broke down in Page, AZ and the mechanic there wasn’t very good, and we broke down again at Hurricane. Ken got us back on the road same day we got the car towed to him (and stayed back on a Saturday to help us out). Really saved our butt, he wasn’t gonna let it beat him (phoned around, got parts delivered etc all on a busy Saturday). If it wasn’t for him we would’ve been stuck in Utah but we have made it all the way back to Canada with no issues. 10/10 would recommend, great service, great guy.

I brought my truck with a lifter tick to Tech 1 Car Care. The truck’s insurance covered the engine but they helped me deal with the insurance requirements. They replaced my old engine for a brand new one, new radiator, hoses, serpentine belt, water pump,thermostat in a timely manner. They also refilled the refrigerant of the AC compressor. I am thankful and satisfied with their work and customer service. Definitely recommend

I was hauling a 33 foot trailer coming out of the St. George Gorge when I saw smoke billowing from my engine. I’m stuck on the side of the interstate . I called 7 or 8 repair shops to see where I could have it towed to. Not one of them could look at it for 4 or 5 days. I was headed to my next job so time was an issue for me. Long story short I just happened to see Tech 1 auto care while searching google. I called them up and Ken answered the phone. I explained my problem and to my amazement he says bring it in. We will look at it right away. From the minute I stepped in the door Ken was very welcoming and reassured me everything would be fine. Ken went out of his way to get my parts asap which was a challenge in itself. They had me back on the road 10 hours after my break down. Travis texted me a few days later to make sure the work was done to my satisfaction. I’ve never had a repair shop check back with me. I highly recommend Tech 1 auto repair to everyone. This is a very trustworthy, dependable, honest shop. I am extremely grateful I found Tech 1 auto in my time of need.

You ever wake up one day in the vast space of despair. Because for some reason the universe and planets align themselves in order to break down your car. Today our Honda had it’s skid cover destroyed and we were stuck in the highway like how you would be floating through space. There was no hope in sight, but we eventually made our way to Tech1 Car Care and they were able to repair it. Our repair guy was a true guardian of the galaxy and he became our savior when we needed him the most. Not all heroes wear capes, but this guy wears a cloak of hope. A true Space Titan.

My son's Honda Element had a horrible suspension causing the car to shake terribly. After being told by other shops in the area that it would be the following week before they could look at it, I found Tech 1 on Google. I gave them a call and Ken told me to bring it in and they would look at it. This was on a Friday morning. They got right on it, and called me back even earlier than they said they would with a diagnosis. Since I know a little bit about cars, I was not shocked when they told me what it needed. I gave them the go ahead to do the work and they again got right on it. Ken called me to let me know that there was a delay in getting the parts, and that it may delay getting the job done on Saturday. On Saturday, He called me to inform me that it would be done on Monday. We picked it up Monday afternoon and it drove fantastic. He even called later that week to make sure everything was still good. Overall, we had a great experience with Tech 1 Car Care. Ken even told me that there is a 2 year nation wide warranty on any work that they do. I appreciate their work ethic and their communication. We were in the area from out of town and our Nissan needed a work on the cooling systems and battery. They were able to quickly get us in, diagnosed. In addition to the required repairs, they did an excellent job of doing the few additional things, such as strapping down loose parts, cleaning the engine, and replacing a missing bolt or two.

Honesty, fair process, flexibility, and good work. They installed two new control arms, a serpentine belt, and tires in good time. Had to go somewhere else for alignment, but it sounds like they’ll be able to do those soon too. On top of everything, they trusted me to call back with payment when I forgot my card at home and called the day after to make sure things were working out. I’ll be going back!

I often give mechanics a bad rep but Ron changed my perspective. He showed me all the options as well as offered me advice on how to pay the least amount by utilizing my warranty. If I could give these guys a 6/5 I would, Ken was absolutely amazing to work with. Long story short Had a blown engine and everyday got updates and made sure I was taken care of. Being an out-of-state student it's hard to find good reliable technicians, would reccomend any and everyone to take their car troubles to them!

This place was a life saver. Short story, got the car fixed in a pinch, they were very flexible, helpful, and courteous. Would recommend. Long story: my car broke down in cedar city (1 hr away) on my way from salt lake to Vegas. It was a weekend late night Sunday. I had my car towed to a local Chevy dealer/mechanic there in cedar.. Well, come to find out they(this other place) didn't know how to service hybrids of their own make. Checked online with my warranty company and they recommended tech 1. Had it towed there. Ken was the one that handled all my dealings with the car. He was SUPER helpful and friendly, addressed me by name when I called. They even let me leave my car parked there for 2 weeks until I had the chance to drive down to get it. They fixed the issue and checked everything else. I def recommend for travelers and of course locals.. They will take care of you and your car and keep you informed.

I am so glad that I've found a great auto mechanic since moving to Hurricane! Quality and trustworthy mechanics are really worth their weight in gold. After giving me a killer price for an oil change and then fully fixing my brake squeek and rattling issues, I also have the added benefit of getting 2 MPG better. They really have the personal touch over here so ai highly recommend them to all :)

We were travelling out of town when our van started acting up. We had it towed to Tech 1 and thought it would take a couple of days to fix given it was Labor Day. To our surprise, they were open, jumped right on the job, diagnosed the van, installed a new alternator, and got us on the road same day allowing us to get home as planned. Very happy with the service.

Had them look at my trucks AC, after about an hour he told me the actuator was out. He gave me a fair estimate however it was outside of my budget, then he gave me the blue color fix, I followed his instructions and within ten minutes my trucks blowing snow balls!! Most Mechanic's won't tell you how to fix it yourself, these guys went above and beyond

The service I received from Tech 1 Car Care was extraordinary. I was travelling through Utah on my way to Canada when I got in an accident on the Saturday of the Fourth of July Weekend. I called everywhere and every other mechanic in the area told me I would have to find a place to stay until Wednesday, but the mechanic at Tech 1 Car Care (unfortunately I didn't get his name) told me he would at least take a look. He took a look and fixed what needed to be fixed and made sure that my vehicle was safe to make the rest of the trip. I was able to drive away without any issues. The service I received was efficient, complete and professional and the mechanic was nothing short of a good Samaritan. If you're in the area, I can't recommend Tech 1 Car Care enough.

Travis is incredibly helpful and very nice!!! He is also incredibly thorough and let me know what my options were for my brakes and rotors. Whether I needed to do a brake kit, if I could just have my rotors turned, which ones specifically needed particular services, etc. Overall I think it is a great place!!!! Side Note: Google Maps sends you to the wrong place in the middle of nowhere if you Google Tech1 Car Care. I had to call the shop and Travis had to send me a pin of the location which is basically identical to what is listed, but for whatever reason Google Maps gets it all wrong. So if you start realizing you are in the middle of nowhere, call them and they will help you find it.

Went here because ext. warranty company listed them as a shop that we could use. We were very impressed by their attention to detail. They replaced spark plugs and wires, fixed our AC and change fluid in transmission. They didn't get the parts when expected and drove out to the place to get them so we could leave same day. We would highly recommend them. Their prices seem fair, their work is detailed and they are honest. Thanks team.
